Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update data related to DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in designated
formats to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Organize and manage a database in a specific folder structure to facilitate efficient
access and retrieval of information for seamless operations.
Logistics and Inventory Control
- Proactively follow up with transporters to confirm timely delivery of materials to the
site and address any potential delays. - Track material deliveries to ensure they arrive as planned and manage inventory levels
to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Vendor Management
- Update and maintain accurate data on existing and new vendors within the
procurement system.
Administrative Support
- Assist with drafting and submitting letters as needed, potentially related to vendor &
client communication.
Operational Procurement
- Create and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial oversight and advisory support to the Board of Directors, assisting with high-level decision-making and business direction.
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to ensure effective financial operations.
- Conduct thorough GST audits and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, mitigating risk and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting records, oversee timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, including TDS and GSTR, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on tax-related matters to the finance team, ensuring adherence to tax laws, optimizing tax efficiencies, and fostering best practices in tax compliance.
Key Qualifications
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) with at least 7 years of relevant experience in financial management and compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, tax planning, budgeting, and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations, with a proven track record in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualification: B. Tech. – Electrical
Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer
Key Responsibility.
- Planning, Monitoring & Controlling of Projects in assistance with Project Manager and down hierarchical team.
- Coordination and Liaison with Dept officials for fast execution of work, dispute settlement, approval of pending bills and other routine working.
- Overall management and controlling of Material planning, Site level execution, Store management, Bills working, Team alignment and reporting.
- Day to Day Monitoring of all Projects and getting reports from Project Manager / Project in Charge / Sr Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor and Sub Contractor.
- Review, Monitoring and approval of below items:
- Site Supervisor and Skilled/Unskilled workers Expenses.
- Vehicle MAS with Record Register and Gate Pass.
- Daily Progress Report of Site Supervisor and Other Workers.
- Site Supervisor Measurement and Stock Control.
- Approval of Project Manager and Project in Charge working as below:
- Expenses and Daily Performance Report.
- Sub-Contractor Bills and Dept Bills.
- Revised BOQ and Letters & Correspondence.
- You shall be responsible for top to bottom working of Projects and smooth closure.
- Reports to be maintained (Daily basis)
- Daily Expenses Sheet.
- Daily Team Pendency / To Do Sheet.
- Material request to Project Manager and Store Keeper as per planning.
- Site Survey after receiving directions from authorities.
- Day to Day Monitoring of Site Execution by Sub Contactor.
- Coordination with Dept officials who visit at site and satisfy them.
- Acknowledgement of material received from Supplier/Store.
- Clearance of stock after final completion at site.
- Assist Store Keeper in Weekly Actualization of Stock at Site.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Prior experience in power distribution projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, EPC construction practices, and industry codes.
- Proficiency in project management and general software (e.g., MS Office).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a team setting.

Job Overview
The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising the erection and installation of 11kV and 33kV power transmission systems, ensuring the project meets technical, safety, and quality standards. This role involves site coordination, installation supervision, and testing of power transmission equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Erection & Installation: Supervise the installation of 11kV/33kV transmission lines, transformers, switchgear, and other electrical components.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring work is completed as per the design specifications.
- Testing & Commissioning: Perform testing and commissioning of power transmission systems, ensuring proper functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, manage site risks, and perform safety audits.
- Documentation: Maintain records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance checks.
- Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Experience: Experience in 11kV/33kV power transmission projects is a plus.
- Skills: Knowledge of power transmission systems, electrical safety standards, installation procedures, and testing protocols.
- Software: Familiarity with electrical design software (AutoCAD, etc.) is desirable.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of handling high-voltage equipment.
- Certification in safety standards and project management.
Note: This is a field-based position, requiring regular site visits and travel.
